About the Role:

This role is part of Accenture’s Capability Network (CN), a strategic distributed consulting initiative designed to leverage global talent in local teams. As an Energy Platform Consultant, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects, develop Digital Centers of Excellence, and accelerate client transformation journeys in the energy sector, specifically in Oil & Gas downstream/upstream.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders for project delivery and developing Digital Centers of Excellence.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery focusing on strategic decision-making, digital transformation, cost optimization, etc.
• Support senior management with proposals, client pitches, and solution architecture development.
• Identify and quantify digital disruption opportunities through analytics and digital capabilities.
• Solve complex business problems, multitask projects, and manage teams effectively.
• Build thought leadership through strong writing and analytical skills.
• Communicate effectively across cultures and dynamic environments.

Required Skills

• SAP S/4 Oil & Gas expertise (Downstream or Upstream)
• SAP S/4 certification in any SAP modules (preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and design thinking skills
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas value chain and functional processes (Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Acquire to Retire, Record to Report)
• Experience leading teams (3+ resources)
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI and other analytics tools knowledge is a plus
• Additional SAP modules considered a plus: Sales & Distribution, C4C, Material Management, Ariba, Enterprise Asset Management, Production Planning & Quality Management
